Witton Albion JFC

It was goalless at full time against Division One Davenham but we lost 7 - 6 on penalties. We played a great match and looked the better team for much of the game. Great to keep a clean sheet thanks to Dylan and Cam for that - great performances across the whole pitch but a very solid start for debutante Sean who came very close to scoring in his first match.

The spirit of our boys during the penalty shoot out brought a tear to my eye - all ten players who walked up showed such courage and whether they scored or not all their mates were absolutely awesome with them - so proud to be involved with these boys.

Bring on the next match I’ve got a good feeling about this season.
