Witton Albion JFC

Two first half goals from Ben and then a goal each from Evan and Olly S made this look like a straight forward win but we had to earn this victory - it wasn’t a gimme!

Ben’s first goal came early with a free kich on the edge of the box and while it was arguably a mistake by the keeper Ben was asked to test the keeper earlier and he did that and we went 1 - 0 up. However Ben’s second goal was one of my favorites this season because it was about pure desire to score. In fairness it was due to some magic from Ellis on the left but Ben still had work to do - great goal.

Cuddington were no push over and stopped us scoring again in the first half. However who should pop up to grab a ‘Poachers’ goal but our Evan for a well deserved third goal.

Two players who deserve a special mention are Callum and Olly S who showed such commitment and determination so it was awesome when Olly scored our fourth goal.

Overall a hard fought victory but one we deserved and another three point - keep it going boys.
