In July 2017, the club constitution was updated to reflect the changes in both the club and the youth football environment over recent years. Part of the updating included the need to ensure players and parents were better represented in the club structure and that there was a platform for their voice.

In light of this, we are seeking parent/guardian engagement to explore how this may work and to define a role on the committee for a parent representative. We are looking to hold an initial ‘one-off’ meeting where parents from across the club can share views as we understand the nature of the conversations we need to have and how best to share this for the long-term success of the club.

Ideally, we would have representation from each team from a parent/guardian that does not currently have any input to the team in a coaching or managing capacity.
