3 - 2 win against a very very strong Macc Tigers team -

First of all thank you to Cam and Oliver who both made a long journey without being 100% fit but both having solid games. We need that attitude all season.

Two quality goals from the ‘magician’ Ellis (how did he get that second goal in!!) and a rocket of a header from a corner from Owen (who has been so solid all season well deserving of a goal today).


Special mention for Josh who masterminds our games from the centre of midfield with such quality (such an important player for this team). Great to have Olly back who adds energy and bite to the side. Thanks to Callum who dropped into defence and while we all know it’s not his favourite position he had another great game back there.

The spine of the team was complete with faultless performances from Connor, Lewis & Evan

We have a few great options up front now with Ben and Jack with alternates of Ellis, George and now possibly Jordan.

I want to say a big thank you to George, Jordan and Liam for their patience in games like this - when they come on they really play their part.

The games are going to get harder and harder but I don’t think any of the teams will want to play us in the next round - well done boys.
